Select the User Menu > Users to view all IREX users at your organization as a plain list.
This is a "read-only" list, edit users through the User Menu > User groups.
Select the User Menu > User groups to open the screen holding existing user groups in the form of a hierarchical catalog under the root node on top.
Use the commands in the three-dot menu ⋮ to create a new/rename/delete a group.
Click as shown to open the <Group_name> screen.
Click the "+" in the top-right corner of the screen to open the Invite new user form holding the plain user list and the functionalities to manage the users of the group.
To add an existing user to the group, find him or her on the list, checkmark, and click the Invite in the top-right corner.
To add a completely new user, click the +Invite new user link to complete the fields on the Invite user form that opens.
Define the Role of a new user keeping in mind the Roles vs Permissions matrix.
To change the role of a user within the group, click as the arrow on the right points to, and change it in the window that opens.
To enter new/edit user's personal data, click as the arrow on the left points to and enter/change those.

To delete a user from a group, click the trash bin icon on the right.
A user in a "System Admin" role can only be added in a somewhat different manner. To do so:

IREX users have the following resource types available to them to execute their tasks:
Resources can only be made available to user groups as a whole.
Click the Video Sources, then the "+" in the top-right corner of the screen to select more cameras for the group on the camera list that opens.
The System Admin has all person and vehicle lists available to him created by all users in the entire IREX instance. Besides, the Admin can create such lists on his own.
To assign a person or vehicle list to a group, click the Person Lists (or Vehicle Lists), then click the "+" in the top-right corner of the screen to select more lists for the group on the list of lists that opens.
To make buildings and plans available to a user group, click the Buildings (or Plans), then click the "+" in the top-right corner of the screen to select the buildings (or plans) for the group on the list of buildings (or plans) that opens.
The System Admin has all alarm monitors available to him created by all users in the entire IREX instance. Besides, the Admin can create such monitors on his own.
To make an existing alarm monitor available to a user group, click the Alarm monitor, then click the "+" in the top-right corner of the screen to select the monitor for the group on the list of monitors that opens.
Access to other devices (Netping, Sigur, Keyhole) is provided when they are created.
