Specify Time Zone

In the User Menu — Settings — General  Localization define the time zone at the location of the IREX servers in a format of "UTC+ ...".

Customize Sign-In Screen Design

On the User Menu — Settings — General — Branding screen set up the design and content of the sign-in screen: language, title, logo, copyright statement, and the link to the user guide.
